Katrina Van Aller from Silver Oak and Twomey will be teaming up with

Chef Matt Woolston

and his crew for a wonderful evening filled with food and wine. 

Seating will be limited so make sure to reserve a spot before too late.

Spicy Ahi Tuna in sesame wonton cornet with flying fish caviar and ginger crème fraiche

Crispy baby red potato skins with house made vegan chorizo, cashew cheese and avocado mousse

Louisiana style Dungeness crab cakes with creole dipping sauce

Pistachio and garlic crusted rack of lamb with rosemary Dijon icing on Italian barley risotto
